Thank you for the great year!

Happy New Year! Doesn’t it feel great to have a fresh start? I hope you have made some exciting resolutions and that you accomplish everything you set out to do!

Thank you so much for making last year a great year – I was thrilled to learn that I was in the top 4% of all agents in San Francisco. That is due to your business and referrals and I want you to know how much I appreciate your trust. I also spent last year doing a lot of continuing agents and I am proud to let you know that I am now not only a Certified International Property Specialist (2008), but also a Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of agents nationally have that designation). I also got the GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors and am an ePro (which means I understand that the internet is an important tool in our real estate business and know how to use it!).

I am always available to help you with any real estate question and, of course, value your referrals to me as a sign of your confidence in me. I look forward to speaking with all of you during the year and hope that 2010 is a great year for us all.
